Refund policy

ReadyCiv Premium is sold as a subscription by Skill5 Inc. through the app stores and, on the web, through our payment partner Paddle.

Purchases in the app

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases follow the store's own policy and are requested from the store: for Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google through the Google Play order history. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

Purchases on the web

Subscriptions bought on our website are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied, contact us through our contact form within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the subscription has not been used since it renewed. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund.

Team plans

Seats bought for a team are refundable under the same 14-day rule, counted from the first payment of the plan. Seats added later are refundable within 14 days of the payment that added them.
